Hello, I’m Dr. Beth! I earned my DVM degree from St. George’s University in the Caribbean—because I figured studying veterinary medicine would be a little more enjoyable with ocean views, snorkeling, and coconut trees. Before that, I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay.
I’ve always been fascinated with animals of all kinds—big or small and even those who slither or crawl. My passion for veterinary medicine comes from wanting to help all God’s creatures (including the two legged ones) and advocate for those who can’t speak for themselves. I love being able to support people who care for their pets or livestock with a smile and a kind, steady hand.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time outdoors, learning new things, and getting creative with crafting projects. I have a special place in my heart for the underdogs (because I am one), and I often find myself adopting animals with medical needs that others might pass by. That's how I ended up with my current cat Gray Charles, my past pets Addie (cat) and Marshmellow (veiled chameleon)... and I am sure there are more to come. I’m also incredibly proud to be the first doctor in my family, and I’m so grateful for the support of my husband, my “island family,” and my biological family —they made this journey possible.
